Court after a restraining order vio-
lation in Birkenfeld; taken to CCSO
jail.
Apr 6 – Loren Lenhart, 29, no
address given, charged with Theft
of Services and Criminal Trespass
II after OSP found the travel trailer
he was staying in parked by the
utility shed at Scaponia Park. The
shed had been broken into and a
power cord plugged from trailer to
shed.
Shawn Michael Hartman, 33,
Vernonia, on 12/30/04 charges;
accepted DUII Diversion, Reck-
less Driving charge reduced to
Careless Driving with fine
Wendy Gail Kobbe, 26, Oak-
land, on 3/8/05 charge; accepted
DUII Diversion.

Apr 3 – Took report of possible
restraining order violation on 1st
Ave.
Apr 4 – Madison Ave. resident
reported theft of two seashell orna-
ments from porch.
Apr 6 – Took report of decora-
tions damaged at Vernonia
Cemetery.
Apr 7 – Juvenile reported As-
sault after being struck several
times with projectiles from toy
guns.
– Took report of cell phone theft.
Apr 8 – Took report of distur-
bance and possible assault be-
tween family members.
Apr 10 – Took report of distur-
bance resulting from a child cus-
tody issue on Madison Ave.
Apr 12 – A St. resident reported
damage to a vehicle.
– Took report of Criminal Mis-
chief after several instruments
were damaged at sewage treat-
ment plant and additional damage
to interpretive signs along Webb
Way. Anyone with information on
these incidents can call 503-429-

leave an email. There is a reward
offered for information regarding
damage to the interpretive signs.
Apr 13 – Donald Elliott, 49,
Hillis, arrested on Multnomah
County Felony warrant for a Pro-
bation Violation.
