Alternative Stage is musical variety
This year’s Alternative Stage
will be rocking Jamboree on
Friday from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m.,
Saturday from Noon to 10:00
p.m. and Sunday from Noon to
Rock Creek concert for
listening or dancing
An all ages concert and
dance featuring Rock Creek, a
60 s-70 s rock and country
western band, will be held
Saturday from 7:00 to 10:00
p.m. on the lawn between
Washington Grade School and
Vernonia High School.
Donations will be accepted.
Broken Glory concert
The Vernonia band, “Broken
Glory" will perform at the New
Lions Club Gazebo in Hawkins
Park from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on
Saturday.
Donations will be accepted.
6:00 p.m., on the grass behind
the Joy Theatre.
The Alternative Stage is the
original and only free three day
music festival in the coastal
mountain region.
All who attend are encour
aged to be comfortable, bring
ing lawn chairs, blankets or oth
er items needed to enjoy the
entertainment. Audience partic
ipation is encouraged during
this casual, outdoor event.

The Alternative Stage is free,
live entertainment. Donations
are gladly accepted to help off
set the expenses of musicians
who traveled a long way to per
form. A tip jar will be available.
