Free lessons in how to climb your family tree
Ridge Riders reschedule Play Day
to avoid conflict with County Fair
A change of dates has been
announced by the Vernonia
Ridge Riders for the Play Day
originally scheduled for July 12.
Because of conflicts with the
Columbia County Fair the Play
Day has been changed to July
20. The entrance fee will re­
main at $5 for all day. Events
will start at 10:00 a.m.
The Ridgeriders annual
Jamboree Playday will be on
Sunday, August 3, starting at
9:30 a.m.
Four events are scheduled -
poles, flags, barrels and obsta­
cle course. There will be rib­
bons to fifth place and Hi-Point
Silver Buckles in each age
group.
The entry fee is $20 per per­
son for all day, $15 for members.
Family prices, refreshments
and camping are available.
