TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
1. This is to notify you that the Columbia
County Board of Commissioners has re
opened the record related to the adoption of
Ordinance No 2002-02, “In the Matter o,
Amending the Columbia County Zoning Or
dinance, Section 1300, Regarding Regula
tion of Signs" to allow for additional written
testimony. The deadline for receipt of such
written testimony is Friday, May 31,2002 at
5:00 p.m., in order to be considered by the
Board.
2. On Wednesday, June 12, 2002, at or af
ter 10:00 a m , the Columbia County Board
of Commissioners will deliberate on pro
posed Ordinance No. 2002-02, and the Or
dinance will be read for the second time.
Deliberations will be held in the Commis
sioner’s meeting room, Room 308 on the
Third Floor of the Columbia County Court
house, 230 Strand Street, St. Helens, Ore
gon.
3. The proposed amendments are available
for inspection at the Columbia County Cour
thouse located in St. Helens, Oregon in the
Office of the County Counsel, Rm. 318, 230
Strand Street, St. Helens, Oregon, and may
be copied for a copy fee.
