W illiam “Hoppy” Pacelli, 78, died
February 11, 2002. A private service
was held.
Mr. Pacelli w as born M arch 9 ,1 9 2 3 ,
in Chicago. He served in the U.S. Arm y
for tw o years during W orld W ar II. He
m oved to Portland in 1965 and later
lived in Vernonia and O regon City. He
was co-founder and vice president of
W indow Industries from 1972 until retir
ing in 1982.
In 1965, he m arried Judi Disney.
They divorced in 1972.
Survivors include a daughter, Tere
sa L. Pacelli.

Mrs. Kohon was bom April 8, 1928,
in W ilksb oro, to E dw ard A. and
Josephine VanDom elen M eeuwsen.
In 1950, she m arried Frank J. Ko
hon. They lived in the C om elius/Forest
G rove area.
She was a m em ber of St. Alexander
Catholic C hurch of Cornelius and the
Altar Society.
She was preceded in death by her

M arjorie Roslyn Bigham, 73, Hills
boro, died February 11, 2002. Funeral
services w ere held March 2 at Donel
son, Sewell and M athews Mortuary.
Mrs. Bigham was born June 23,
1928, in M inneapolis, Minn., to Arthur
and Selm a Lundeen Findell. She grad
uated from C entral High School in M in
neapolis. In her late 6 0 ’s, she earned
an associate degree from Portland
Com m unity College.
In 1948, she married Dale Bigham.
Survivors include her husband; a
son, David Leslie of Chicago, Illinois;
three daughters, Becky Lynn Bigham of
P ortland, D orothy C arol C astro of
Banks, and Elizabeth Ann Penner of Pi
lot Rock; five grandchildren; two great
grandchildren; two sisters, Murial Finn
of Eastport, M ichigan, and Dorothy
Vizenor of M urrieta, C alifornia; two

Connecticut, and Roger Findell of Edi

Diane L. H arvey Herb, 49, Banks,
died February 20, 2002. Private m em o

Mrs. Herb was born S eptem ber 14,
1952, in Santa M onica, C alifornia, to
Ross and Bonnie Harvey. She grew up
in Santa M onica and graduated from
Sunset High School in Beaverton. She
lived in Fairbanks, Alaska, for several
years.
In 1992, she m arried Paul W. Herb.
They lived in Banks.
She was preceded in death by her
father and mother.
Survivors include her husband; a
daughter, Terra of Portland; a grand
son.

H illsboro High School. He earned an
engineering degree at O regon State
University. He w orked in the shipyards
during W orld W ar II, w orked fo r Bon
