NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Co
lumbia County Planning Commission will
conduct a public hearing for the purpose of
revising Table 20 of Ordinance 98-05 re
garding year 2015 Population Projections.
Specifically, redistributing the total county
populations between rural and urban to
more accurately reflect the growth of the
cities.
The public hearing will be held before the
Columbia County Planning Commission on
Monday, January 8, 2001, in Room 351,
Circuit Courtroom, on the third floor of the
Columbia County Courthouse Annex, St.
Helens, Oregon, starting at 6:30 p.m., at
which time proponents and opponents of
the proposed amendment will be heard.
Copies of the proposed changes are avail
able in the Planning Department. These
proposed changes may be amended at the
public hearing. All interested parties may
appear and be heard. The hearing will be
held in accordance with the provisions of
the Columbia County Zoning Ordinance
and the Comprehensive Plan.
