year at Little Loggers Preschool
for children who have turned
three by Sept. 1.
Little Loggers Preschool will
provide a diverse physical,
cognitive language and so-
cial/em otional learning experi
ence which focuses on the in
terests and needs of your child.
The program will include small
and large group activities that
encourage and provide oppor
tunities for discussion, problem
solving, curiosity and coopera
tion to help children become
critical thinkers. Children will
be screened and placed in
groups with children who have
similar goals. Goals will be de
termined by parents with the
assistance of the teacher.
Guidance and discipline are
based on redirection and posi
tive reinforcement.
The preschool will operate
three hours a day, on Monday,
W ednesday and Friday. Cost is
$55 per month.
Registration will be taken
August 18, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00
p.m., at Vernonia Head Start.
