County Commissioners will hold a legisla­
tive hearing on Wednesday, November 25,
1998, at or after 10:00 a.m. in the Commis­
sioners’ Meeting Room, Room 308 on the
Third Floor of the Columbia County Court­
house, in St. Helens, Oregon.
2. The purpose of this hearing will be to
consider Ordinance No. 98-09, which Is a
text amendment to the County Zoning Or­
dinance. If approved, Order No. 98-09 will
amend the Site Design Review process
and will apply to all new development, re­
development, expansion or improvement to

proposed ordinance may be amended at
the public hearing.
