The City of Vernonia will start a new utility
billing procedure with the January billing.
The City will be reading water meters on a
monthly basis. Water users will receive a
billing that includes the flat rate for the first
2,000 gallons per month, plus a surcharge
for gallonage used beyond that amount.
There will be no change in billing rates.
