The County Jail committee
is focusing on ways to allevi
ate pressures on the facility
and still safeguard the public.
Dennis Liebert, a correc

and Associates, is working
with the committee. He is also
performing an independent
study of the situation.
Public input is wanted by
both the committee and the
county Board of Commission

be considered.
The next meeting of the
group will be July 7 in Rainier
City Hall at 7:00 p.m. Begin

each month at a location and
time to be announced.
