Don't let that glow in the sky this holiday season be your house.
Play it safe by practicing these precautions. Remember fire only
needs a chance — so don't give it one.

Keep your tree in water at
all times and away from a
fireplace, heater or radia
tor.
Check your tree lights for
frayed or exposed wires,
loose connections or broken
sockets.
i JV
Sw itch off tree lights before
going to bed or leaving the
house.
Do not leave small children
unsupervised around a
Christmas tree or electrical
ly powered decoration.
Take a check for over
loaded circuits. Don’t put
more than three sets of
lights on one extension cord.
