before any work is started on the con
struction, remodeling or repair of a build
ing within the City o, Vernonia.
Fences do not require a building per
mit but there are regulations concerning
height and placement.
Before construction of sidewalks or
curbs, one week notice must be given to
the Superintendent of Public Works.
