9:48 p.m., 500 block Beach Drive: A
person is arrested and charged with
driving while under the infl uence of
intoxicants.
A criminal citation was issued to
Kayla Marie Sandoval, 29, June 21
at 6:38 p.m. on U.S. Highway 101
milepost 19 after a trooper on pa-
trol saw an equipment violation on
a car she was driving. A traffi c stop
was conducted and Sandoval was
found to have a Clatsop County
warrant. She was criminally cited
and given a court date. Troopers
said she was in violation for not
wearing a seatbelt, driving with a
suspended license, and not having
insurance. She was told to get a
licensed driver to come and get
the car.
June 22
Lost control
4:58 a.m., 2900 block Evergreen:
Dog complaint.
A motorcycle rider June 22 at
6:15 p.m. lost control and crashed
on U.S. Highway 101 near milepost
15. He slid on the roadway and
his bike crossed into the opposite
lane of traffi c before coming to a
rest on the northbound shoulder.
He refused medical attention and
arranged for a ride to pick up his
motorcycle which troopers say had
less than in $2,500 damages.

Camping regulations.
8:00 p.m., 1500 block Spruce Drive:
Animal complaint.
5:14 a.m., 1000 block S. Down-
ing: Suspicious circumstances are
reported.
12:39 p.m., Broadway and Lincoln:
A traffi c stop is conducted for no
seatbelt; vehicle is impounded
when it’s discovered the driver’s
privileges have been suspended.
1:46 p.m., Holladay and Avenue G:
A person is arrested on a warrant.
6:07 p.m., Tillamook Head: EMS
call.
7:31 p.m., Thompson Falls/Middle

June 23
7:50 a.m., Beach in front of Mag-
gie’s: A disturbance is reported.
8:36 a.m., 2400 block S. Roos-
evelt: A vehicle reported stolen is
recovered.
Two-car crash
A Seaside man June 25 at 3:09 p.m.
was involved in a two-car crash
on U.S. Highway 26 near milepost
1. A minivan was turning off the
highway across the westbound
lane turning into a driveway when
another car traveling westbound
attempted to maneuver around
it but instead collided into the
minivan’s left rear end. The minivan
drove away from the scene but the
other car was towed by Classic Tow-
ing. No injuries were reported.
