fi c stop along U.S. Highway
101 south of Beerman Lane
with his emergency lights
activated when the Hyun-
dai Tucson traveling south-
bound ran into the rear of
the police car, a 2016 Dodge
Charger and pushed it into
a Toyota Camry stopped by
the offi cer.
The Hyundai rolled onto
its side and the driver had
to be extricated by Seaside
Fire and Rescue. The driver
of the Camry and Segui were
uninjured.
The driver of the Hyundai,
Ginnette Marberry, 43, of
Manzanita, was arrested for
driving under the infl uence of
intoxicants and transported to
a local hospital for evaluation
before being transferred to
the Clatsop County Jail .

port of a running generator;
on arrival no generator can be
