Notice of Preliminary Determination for Water Right Transfer

T-13655 filed by Cannon View Park, Inc., Attn.: Richard Gibson,
80478 Carnahan Rd, Arch Cape, OR 97102, proposes a change in
character of use and place of use under Certificates 33136, 39030
and 86775. Certificate 33136 allows the use of 0.06 cubic foot per
second (cfs) from an unnamed spring in Sec. 19, T4N, R10W, WM
for domestic in Sec. 19, T4N, R10W, WM. Certificate 39030 allows
the use of 0.01 cfs from an unnamed spring in Sec. 19, T4N, R10W,
WM for domestic use of three families in Sec. 19, T4N, R10W, WM.
Certificate 86775 allows the use of 0.02 cfs from an unnamed
spring in Sec. 19, T4N, R10W, WM for domestic use for 18 families
in Sec. 19, T4N, R10W, WM. The applicant proposes to change the
character of use to quasi-municipal use and to change the place
of use to the Service Area of Cannon View Park, Inc. The Water
Resources Department proposes to approve the transfer, based
on the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-380-5000.
Any person may file, jointly or severally, a protest or standing
statement within 30 days after the last date of newspaper publi-
cation of this notice, 10/08/2021. Call (503) 986-0815 to obtain
additional information. If no protests are filed, the Department will
issue a final order consistent with the preliminary determination.
