reports an intoxicated man
behaving strangely. Oicer
responded; man was not
intoxicated.
11:25 p.m., 1000 block S.
Holladay Drive: A warrant arrest
was conducted on a wanted
subject. No further information
was supplied.
May 9
10:57 a.m., S. Roosevelt: Caller
reports a possibly intoxicated
person going through the
drive-thru at a restaurant, their
direction of travel unknown.
Police were unable to locate.
10:26 p.m., 1900 block Spruce
Drive: Oicers respond to a
report of a disturbance; the
arguing parties agreed to sepa-
rate for the night.
11:35 p.m., 1900 block Spruce
Drive: Oicers return to the
same residence after a report
of a verbal disturbance. The
subject agreed to calm down
and stay inside for the night.

12:20 p.m., 1900 block N. Hol-
laday: Police respond to report
of a missing person. No further
information given at the time.
9:02 p.m., 300 block 15th
Avenue: A missing person is re-
ported to the police. No further
information was available.
11:16 p.m., 400 block Broad-
way: Caller reports an intox-
icated individual behaving
in a belligerent matter and
refusing to pay his restaurant
tab. No further information was
available how the matter was
resolved.

8:18 a.m., 200 block S. Roos-
evelt: Female caller reports a
man calling her and bothering
her; responding oicers spoke
with both parties and deter-
mined it a civil matter. The
male was given a warning for
disorderly conduct for blocking
traic while panhandling.
11:17 a.m., 700 block 11th
Avenue: Caller reports to police
a conspiracy theory obsessing
their thoughts. During further
investigation and contact
with the caller, it is learned the
caller of their meds and self
medicating with marijuana.
Caller is advised to contact CBH
and warned of calling 911 for
non-emergencies.
4 p.m., Broadway: A person
conducting a henna tattoo
business out of the back of a
van in front of the Carousel
Mall was advised they were
operating a business without a
license.
7:00 p.m., The beach and Turn-
around: Two men were ighting
on the beach. One produced a
knife. Police were summoned;
they spoke with all parties. It
was determined the ight was
verbal only.

3:59 p.m., 1700 block Spruce:
Help was sent for a man in his
electric scooter which ran out
of electricity. Medix were called
to charge the chair.
4:10 p.m., 24th Avenue boat
ramp: Man reports losing his
cell phone while pulling in crab
pots.

3:59 p.m., Elk Creek Road:
Caller inquires of police if his
brother’s vehicle is still in the lo-
cation where it was left a week
ago. Caller was advised it was
still there.
7:28 p.m., 200 block Broadway:
Caller reports someone urinat-
ing against a building. Police
are unable to locate anyone
itting the description.

3:42 p.m., 2000 block S. Frank-
lin: Caller reports drug activity
going on; oicers on another
call could not locate described
vehicle shortly after.
11:46 p.m., 700 block 3rd
Avenue: A missing person was
reported.
May 15
12:25 p.m., S. Roosevelt: Caller
asks for a welfare check on a
panhandling couple with a
baby. Police talk with the cou-
ple; they say they have a place
to stay for the night. The baby
was ine.
12:34 p.m., Turnaround: Caller
requests police check on men
with small children on the
beach. Police ascertain one
of the men was the children’s
father and there was nothing
untoward.

12:43 p.m., 800 block S. Roo-
sevelt: Caller reports a woman
lying in the bushes. Police
approach the individual who
is intoxicated to check on her
welfare.
3:59 p.m., S. Holladay: Citizen
reports a person sleeping on
the boardwalk. Oicers wake
the person; they agree to leave
the area.

regarding a subject passed out
with a baby.

der area: Person with known
mental health issues tells police
his former employers have
placed devices in his head and
are using those devices to talk
to him.

2:03 a.m., Holladay and 1st:
Caller reports subject stag-
gering and intoxicated and
requests a welfare check. Police
locate subject who is ine and
said they were walking to a
relative’s house.
6:56 a.m., N. Holladay: Caller
reports that a friend did not
return to their hotel room.
Police contact subject who says
they had returned to the room
safely.
9:29 a.m., Section Line and
Roosevelt: Couple quarreling
on the street were ighting

11:37 p.m., 1000 block N. Roo-
sevelt: Caller reports subject
rooting around in garbage cans
and throwing things about.
Oicer contacts subject who is
searching for cans to recycle.
No garbage was strewn about.
May 21
1:17 a.m., Avenue T and Co-
lumbia: Caller reports loud par-
ty going on outside a neighbor-
ing house. Because of a delay in
responding face to face, police
advise they will follow up with
the rental company.
8:16 a.m., 12th and Necani-
cum: A woman sobbing in a
park because her boyfriend had
just been arrested distresses
a passerby; police tell the
passerby the woman is known
to them as a local transient and
that she is ine.
7:55 p.m., 300 block S. Colum-
bia: Couple verbally ighting
outside have the police called
on them twice. Oicers warn
couple they are causing distur-
bance.
