If that was a lousy way to start the day last Thursday, but

were attendees of the Oregon Coast Conference.

tical past, present and future in a fair that presented astrol-
ogers, spirit communication, haunted history and a panel of

the arson of the home of a U.S. senator, Charles Fulton.
When the sheriff came to bring Willard in, Willard, who was

A shoot-out ensued — at 11th and Franklin. Willard held
