Anthony Craig Osborne, 25, of Seaside, pleaded no contest Friday, Dec. 4, to identity theft, second-de- JUHH EXUJODU\ DQG ¿UVWGH- gree criminal mischief as part of a plea agreement. The criminal mischief conviction stems from the escape case. Other charges of attempted escape were dropped. Osborne was sentenced to a total of 102 months in prison. The other inmate in the escape attempt, Kevin Michael Burnham, 26, of Seaside, was sentenced in September to more than six years in prison. Osborne was charged with criminal mischief for causing more than $1,000 in damage to the window and other jail prop- erty, according to the indict- ment. CCB#177717 Tracy Rambo, 53, of Seaside died Sunday, Nov. 29, in a multi-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 26 that also injured two people from Washington state. At about 5 p.m., Oregon State Police troopers and emergency crews respond- ed to the crash on Highway 26 at the junction of Oregon Route 103, about 25 miles east of Seaside.
