Nearly every community in the elate is
hard at work trying to secure some of
the colonist travel that starts from the
eastern states next month and will con
tinue throughout all of September.
Heretofore every person who came to
Oregon had but one objective point—
Portland. The reason for this was that
they knew no other. They went to the
depot to buy a ticket and asked the ad-
vice of the ticket agent and lie knew no
other and consequently the colonist was

had had any idea of coming to Klamath

liis gentlemanly instincts as to vent his

The question has been raised as to the

as the band boys. It is an organisation
that any community should be proud of.
If they go to Sacramento they will do
