In Auto Mishap
AMSTERDAM, June 20, (AP)
The former German Kaiser had
a narrow escape from death while
motoring recently in Holland, It
waa revealed today.
Hia automobile waa crossing
railroad tracka between Amste"
dam and Haarlem when the ba
were let down automatically as
the motorcar waa on the tracka.
One of tha heavy bara hit the
machine, damaging It consider
ably. Tho chauffeur was able
to movo tha car from the tracks
only a few seconds before a
train hurtled past.
The former Kaiser, unhurt,
continued the drive. .

younger. During the afternoon

clogging, folk dancing, tumbling

ming. The older boyg receive me
chanical training, auto meehan
lea and camp cookery daring the
morning houre, and the amaller
boya handcraft, puppet making
and games. In the afternoon
the boya are given playgrouna
ball, baseball, volleyball, soccer,
track work, disciplinary gymnas
tics, horaeahoe pitching, swim
ming and other gamea.
