of the Malta State Bank, waa ar
raigned In circuit court Monday on
the fourth Indictment brought
agalnat him by the Klamath
county grand Jury. The charge
read to Jiobrusky waa re

ment and la for the forgery of
endorsement.
Dobrusky waa recently return
ed from Heaver, Colo., to face
three fndletmenla, charged htm
with larceny by embeuleraent,

ball of $1,000 for each count
