Thirty full-time men and women are employed to keep it in operation. Eventually the Pine Tree cor poratlon disposed of Us lease and fixtures to George X. Mann Theatres incorporated, but retain ed possession of the Hart build ing la which the theatre is situ ated. Poole Buys Theatre ,. The Pine Tree did cot pay as well as its new owners had anti cipated. Under different mana gers it continued operation under the Geo rue X. Mann theatre in corporated directorship until February, 1925 when Mr. Pnole. who owned and operated then, as be docs now. the Liberty thea tre and the Chi.uq.uii. theatre, bought the Pine Tree "luck, stock and barrel".
