A roadster driven by L. H. Yar
nell and a sedt which waa
driven by Vaughn crashed -on
a bridge oa the Merrill highway
about eight mllea south of Klam
ath Falla late Wednesday night.
The Vaughn car waa being towed .
from Malin to this city, and ac
cording to Yarnell, was too far
over toward the center ot the
bridge, so he was nnable to pass,
in safety.
- Vaughn stated.. ln his report of :
the accident, that Yarnell was ex
ceeding the speed limit and waa
also driving on the wrong side
ot the road. No one was Injured
In the collision.
The car ot Rupert Naslund was '
slightly damaged about 4 o'clock
Wednesday afternoon when an
other car cut in front of Naslund
on the Morrill road.
