The awarding of the district prizes will be made after eliminat
ing the CAPITAL prize winners, and as fallows: The next four
candidates, in rote standings, in each of the two campaign districts
will receive district prizes in the following order: tlOO.OO Stroraberc
Carlson Radio Set, $159.00 Stewart-Warner Radio Set, J75.00 in
cash, 15 In cash.
All candidates who do not win one of the above prizes, but
remain active from the time tbey enter until the campaign closes,
will bo paid a cash commission of ten per cent of all new subscrip
tion money they turn in during the campaign.

For every $20 club of NEW subscriptions turned
in to the campaign department before July 23, 8
p. m., a bonus of 100,000 extra votes will be given.
These extra votes are in addition to the regular
votes given on each separate subscription, as shown
in the vote schedule.
By a club is meant any combination of new sub
scriptions totaling $20. Candidates arc not limited
to one club. Every 20 worth of new subscriptions
will count as a club, earning the - 100,000 extra
votes. Two $20 clubs for example would earn 200,
000 extra votes.

Candidates arc urged to turn in their subscrip
tions as soon as they are obtained so that subscrib
ers may receive their paper promptly. It is not
necessary to hold subscriptions back until $20
worth are secured. The campaign department will
keep an accurate record of every individual sub
scription received, e.nd .issue - the regular votes
thereon as received. At the close of this special of
