The City Engineer, pursuant to
resolution of -the Common Council
heretofore adopted, having on the
30th day of August. 1926. filed
plans, specifications and estimates
of the cost of Installing and making
the Tenth Sewer Unit ot Klamath
Falls. Oregon, embracing all the
property hereinafter bounded and
described, and the Council having
taken same under, advisement and
finding said plans, specifications and
estimates satisfactory.
BE IT HEREBY TtESOLVED that
aald plans, specifications and esti
mates for the construction and in
stallation of said 10th Sewer Unit
be and the same la hereby approv
ed: and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
that the Common Council hereby
declares Its intention to construct
and install the said 10th Sewer Unit
In accordance with aald plans, speci
fications and estimates. The said
Sewer Unit shall bo installed by
placing therein salt glased vitrified
sewer pipe with Y's, manholes, lamp
holes and the like, as shown on said
plans and specifications. According
to said specifications the same is
estimated, to cost, including engin
eering, superintendence, advertising,
clerical assistance and unforseen
