croft) Bonds of said city in the sum
of three thousand five hundred
twenty-two and 89-100 dollars ($3,'
622.89), said bonds bearing date
January 11th, 1926, maturing ten
(10) yeara from date, subject to re
demption, however, on any semi-an
nual coupon date, at or after one
year from date, said bonds to be
in denominations ot $500 each, ex
cept one odd bond in denomination of
$22.89, said bonds to bear interest
at the rate of not to exceed six per
cent (6) per annum, payable semi
annually, principal and Interest pay
able at the office of the City Treas
urer at Klamath Falls. Oregon, or
at the Fiscal Agency of th State of
Oregon In New York City.
All bid must be unconditional
and accompanied by a - certified
check in the amount ot one hundred
seventy-six and 14-100 dollars
($176.14).
The approving legal opinion ot
Messrs, Teal, Winfree, Johnson and
McCnlloch (Spauldlng Building.
Portland, Oregon) will be furnished
the successful bidder. i
