crabber. It was learned yesterday.
Her bag was snatched as she was
walking down Esplanade toward
Main street, according to Informa
tion furnished Gary Cotad, constable
for this district.
The man. according to the de
scription furnished, was dressed in
overalls, and suddenly jumped to
Miss Murphy's side out ot the dark
ness. There was no money In the purse
which Miss Murphy valued at flO.

and Elect Officer
Eighteen Longellows, C feet and
over, met at the chamber ot com
merce rooms last evening and got
under way the Klamath Falls Long
fellow club No. 6 ot the Tall Men's
association. The meeting was called
to order by Everett O. Nord. tem
porary chairman and the constitu
tion and by-laws, that were drawn
np at a previous meeting were
formally adopted.

President. Henry Mueller: Secretary-Treasurer.
