ears; even though the wails of penniless and
pain-stricken old women and old men may never
disturb your comfort and complaisance, still

and more to our community's roster of depend
ents, impoverished, afflicted, unemployed and
incompetent charges. ?A
Help to organize the municipal charities with
a common fund that can be intelligently distrib
uted and justly apportioned. It's a duty you
owe to your community. A responsibility the i
community, owes to its unfortunates. f
