beauty parlor girl, in a complaint

J. A. Wagner, father of the Coyote
flat slaying victim.
A preliminary bearing will be

Miss Wagner was shot to death
several days after her companion,
on hunting trip, Uenry Sweet, had
been slain from ambush. No con
nection with the Sweet murder is
charged in the complaint issued

"party" starting on board an United
States destroyer anchored In San '
Diego harbor, and culminating In
the death of Lieut. Nathan Green,
thought to have been murdered, and
whose body was found washed up on
the shores ui the North Island naval
aviation station Sunday, were In
jected into the board of Inquiry's
secret session meeting here Wed
nesday, according to secret reports
which leaked out here tonight.
Lieut. Green, engineering officer of
the U. S. S. Moody, together with
other brother officers and several
women, are reported to have started
an "all night affair" on the war
vessel, but early in the evening the
party was transferred to the home
of another officer.
Shortly before midnight last Sat
