both testified that Burke had fired

lers swore that, although armed, he
had not discharged a weapon during
tha Altercation.
The case went to the Jury at
8:30 o'clock, and the verdicts were
returned at 8: SO.

News) Mike Rellly went to war
nnd waa wounded. He came back
with a bullet In his body and a
pain in his heart.
Now, ten yeara after the bullet
ripped into him, it has been re
moved from his heart, and Mike haa
Jut been discharged from Queen
Mary'a hospital, hla case record,
reading, "completely recovered."
Rellly waa shot In the lung at
Neuve Chapelle in the aprlng of
1915. Surgeons probed for the bul
let but could not find it. The pa
tient recovered and returned to the
front In 1916.
This spring Rellly complained of
pains. He was X-Kayed and the
bullet was found lodged In the
muscles of his heart.. Getting the
bullet out was aa painful and dan
geroua as getting it In. but Mike
survived the delicate aurgery.
