sign Friday night hy the Shire's
board of free holders.
This followed an Investigation
into the escape and freedom of
young Harrison Noel of Montclalr,
confessed murderer of six-year-old
Mary Daly and Raymond Pierce,
who was for a time an lnmafe of
the Institution.
