gon, did by Ordinance Number 671,
duly, adopted on the 20th day of
July, 1925, declare the proportion
ate aaseaament on each lot, part of
lot, block, parcel and acreage pro
perty found to be benefited for a
proportionate ahare of the cost ot
Improving Second Street from Pine
Street northerly to Jefferson Street,
all as more fully and In detail
shown on the plana and specifica
tions of the City Knglneer on file
with tho Police Judge of said City
in the matter of said improvement.

and liable and aawessed as aforoaaid

to said parts of said street between
