CHICAGO, July 21. (United News) James Mason,
manager of Harry Greb. middleweight champion, has an
nounced that arrangements are being made for a bout between
Greb and Jack Dempsey.
The announcement was made to the United News Tues
day evening during a conference between Floyd Fitz.immons.

According to Mason, the bout would be held in Septem
ber, at Michigan City, Ind. The heavyweight title would be
at stake. Mason declared.
