be aimed through the twinkling
abutters of a motion picture camera.
At 6 o'clock a. m. more than sixty
boys and girls from all parts of
Klamath County will gathor hero
with grips and bedding. Half an
hour later they will be on their way
to attend the twelfth annual boys
and girls summer school which will
bo held June 15 to 27 at the Oregon
Agricultural College, Corvallis.
Through the cooperation of the
Southern Pacific company the com
plete story of the summer school
la to be told In motion pictures.
These pictures will show the
youngsters on their way to Corvallis
and will tell, for the information of
all Oregon, how the boys and girls
live while at the summer camp.j
They will be shown at work and al:
play. Through the medium of these'
pictures parents who bava not been
at t'orvalla may know exactly how lt
goea with the children; how they
eat; how they aleep and where;
what they're taught and how and
what care has been, taken to Insure
their safety, health and happiness.
The pictures will show those that
hare helped financially to make,
these summer camps possible that

Klamath Kails has been chosen
for the first 'Bhot" because for. the
last four years Klamath county has
contributed the ' largest delegation
to the Corvallis camp. I5y ehowlng

and girls get to Corvallis.

when he made two arrests and In
vestigated into one violation of the
stato traffic laws, finding an Oregon

Passing a Chalmers car driven by
W. II. Olasson yesterday, afternoon,
soon after 4 p. m., Houston noticed
the queer appearance of this license
plato, No. 128-745,. Oregon, 1925.
Upon examination, the plato waa
painted the conventional yellow and
black of this year's color and the
"4" on the year numeral, pounded
into a! "5." The "l" on the license
number " had also been painted to
conform with this year's type. .
Olasson waa brought before Police
Judge Gaghagen, and when question
ed, put np a plea of no: finances, a
wife and a large family. He was
let off-with a fine of $10 and costs,
and bis license plafes removed from
the car.
According to Officer Houston this
Is only the second case to. come to
bis notice this year, the othor coun
