railway mail service, two passed 100
per cent, tho other 99.06 "per cent.
Those passing the test perfectly were
Thomas H. Masscy and William L.
Mussey. John Svenson missed only
8 of the 47 distributing sections.
There are 851 postof flees In Oregon
and It Is necessary for the distrib
uting clerks to pass nt leas't 95 per
cent In order to gain the raise at
the end of tho year. Tho next ex
amination, according to Ott, will
be given in May of 1926.
