filiation Building Contest from start to finish In a tuir,
honorable anil Impartial manner. Every precaution ha
boon taken to safeguard tin interests of participant, and
ub so lute honesty in all dealing is guaranteed.
However, not all wixloin lies in one man or institution,
and for that reason' an Advisory Hoard has been dN ided
upon, whose fuiutioiis shall lie to deride any question of
sufficient liioineut that may arise during the campaign,
nnd shall act as judges and count the votes the last night
