Murder Trial To Begin
Archibald Foster, a 26-ycar-old
Salem man, is scheduled lo
go on trial Monday on a first
degree murder charge for the
shooting of Mrs. Richard Biss,
37, of Bcatty.
Mrs. Biss' body was found in
an auto parked in front of her
home, a bullet through her
head.
Foster was arrested io days
later at a Crest Street house
in Klamath Falls after a police
man was threatened by Foster's
