Klamalh Civic Theatre's first
play of the 19R3- M season,
will be held tonight and Thurs
day night. Bill Hajcrman, di
rector of the Noel Coward com
edy, announced at a production
meeting Sunday that only odds
and ends remain to be cleared
up.
The show will have a formal
dress opening this Friday.

tel. "To clarify 'formal dres,' we
mean whatever people custo
marily wear for the fanciest
parlies," said Hagerman. Dark
suits and ties for men, and
cocktail length dresses for
women seem to be the accept
ed mode for formal wear.
"Blithe Spirit." described as
a modern ghost story, is to be
staged "in-the-round." with
the audience seated on all sides
of the stage. The set was de
signed by Roger Cote, the light
ing by Pete Lungreen and the
sound and special effects by
George Connor.
Nancy Hagerman is head of
production or the show. Cos
tumes were made by Sylvi i
East, and make-up and hair
styles are by Bob Matthews.
