Ike's Brother Criticizes
Rulings By Supreme Court

attorney Edgar Eisenhower
lushed out at the U.S. Supreme
Court Monday in a talk ifi North
west business leaders.
The brother of former President
Dwight D. Eisenhower charged
the court "has destroyed our form
of.' government." He added there
was "nothing we can do about II
cTept elect to Congress those
men who believe in our form of
government."
Eisenhower said the high court
ii decisions relevant to federal
agencies had so Interpreted and
construed rulings as to actually
broaden the, scope of the agencies.
"If I seem critical of the Su
preme Court it is because they
have just dumped in the ashcan
all the constitutional law that 1
have learned in the cast 50
years," he said.

merce, urged more action by busi
nessmen to help protect the prin
ciples of free enterprise.
