dition is given a new flavor twist
in Tokay Europa. Crisp Flame
Tokay grapes are dipped in a
choice of three different creamyj
cheese mixtures, accompanied by!
wedges of Gouda cheese and
crackers. It's a dinner finale that
can be prepared on the spur of the
moment. And luscious Tokavs will
certainly spur guests on to hearty
dipping.

1 lb. large Tokay grapes
Cheddar Cheese' Dip
Swiss Cheese Dip
Blue Cheese- dip

V cup grated cheddar cheese
V cup dairy sour cream
Swiss Cheese Dip

1 (3 oz.) package cream

2 tablespoons milk

Blue Cheese dip: Soften cream
cheese with milk; blend with blue

1-3 cup butter or margarine
'2 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
'i teaspoon paprika

chicken, cut side up, on broiling
pan. Brush with seasoned butter.
Broil 8 inches from heat, 20 min
utes on each side. Brush again
with butter when chicken is
turned. Meanwhile, halve and
seed grapes. When chicken is done
remove to heated serving plat
ter. To drippings in broiling pan
add remaining seasoned butter.

stirring constantly, until mixture
boils and is thickened and clear.
Add grapes. Simmer sauce until
grapes are heated through. Serve
over chicken.
Makes 4 servings.
