The Klamath Yacht Club opened Its
season with the annual Commissioning Day
on Sunday, June 15. The Commodore's
Ball was held the preceding evening.
The all-day Sunday event began with
breakfast, followed by boat inspection,
flag raising ceremonies by the commodore
and various awards.
Finally, all boats saluted the commo
dore outside the marina of the club in a
parade around the south end of the lake
before returning to the club.
