I A rosy complexion Is hiph on
the list of what's new for spring.
Some women will need little or
no make-up because of their
naturally high color. Most of us.
though, need help tn attain the
"pink" look decreed as a com
panion tn spring fashion colors.
Cheek rouge Is Important, 1-earn
to apply it properly and discreet
ly for the best effect. Your check
rouge should reflect the color of
your lipstick. If you choose (o
wear a red. pink or orange dress
or other clothes in (lie warm color
range, you will need very tittle
rouge Sou will need more color
if you wear green, blue nr laven
der.
Apply a fluid or cream tvpe
rouge before you use compart or
cake make up. Apply the rouce to
the highest part of your cheeks and
blend it toward your ears with
a damp . dry silk sponge. You
will want to experiment to find
the pattern that best suits your
face.
Complete your make - up and
put on your dress. Now check to
see if you need more rouge. If
vou do, use drv rouge applied
lightly.
