the yellow rose, used in deco
rating the room, and refreshments
were served. Mrs. Holecek gave
a report on the Founders Day
dinner to be held May 2 at the
Red House in Mount Shasta. Mrs.

LANGELL VALLEY - Mrs.
Martin Gift gave a birthday party
at her home on April 2o for her
daughter, Robin, who was 6 years
old that day. The birthday cake
was decorated as a basket with
gum drop flowers. The party
room was pretty with various
colored streamers and balloons.
The afternoon was spent play
ing "dress up."
Guests were Virginia and
Stevie Kcady. Mary Ann Steven
son. Tatty Roberts, Laurie Jean
Arant of Henley and Ronnie Gail
and Tod Gift. Mothers attending
were Mrs. George Keady. Mrs.

concerts in leading cities in Nor
way, Denmark, northern Ger
many and France. Following ap
pearances in northern Germany,
the choir will tour for the final
two weeks of their trip, travel
ing by chartered boat up the
Rhine River and on to Cologne
and Heidelberg in Germany. In
Switzerland, they will visit Lake
Lucerne and other scenic spots
before going on to Milan, Flor
ence and Home. In Nice they will
present their final concert. The
trip will culminate in Paris
where the group will swnd a few
days before returning by charter
plane at the end of July.
The choir, now in lis ain sea
son of annual concert tours, will
depart May 31 from Seattle Air
port for Oslo. Norway. This is
the choir's first trip to Europe.
Hubert Ambcrg earned a grale
point of 3.33 at Gonzaga tni
versity during the fall semester
and merited second honors on the
Dean's List.

day Saints. The bride-to-be will be graduated in June
from Brigham Young University. Her fiance returned in
November from a two and half year mission assignment
in Germany. He is also a student at Brigham Young
University.
