at Fremont School, 715 High Street, Klam-
aih pans. Oregon, in said' school Dis
trict for the purpose of submitting to the
legal voters of said DHtrict the question
of increasing the tax levy for the fiscal
year 1963-64 over the a mourn limited by
Section II, Article XI of the Constitution
of Oregon.
The reasons lor Increasing such levy
are that sufficient funds cannot be
raised for the operation and maintenance
ot said schools in the District for Ihe fis
cal year 1963-64 within the tax limits
based upon tha existing tax base of said
Olstr'et since the cost of instruction,
equipment, supplies, operation, and add
ed costs ot retirement and social security
have increased more rapidly than the
regular source of income and the In
crease of tax levy permitted under Sec
