of Klamath Falls, Oregon, hereby declares
Its Intention to Improve said portion of
Laguna Street in accordance with the
plans, specifications and estimates as
follows:
The Intent of the project Is to Im
prove Laguna Street with concrete curb
and gutter, pavement ot either 6 inches
ot crushed rock base with 3 Inches of
Type "B" compacted asphaltlc concrete,
or 6 Inches of Portland Cement placed
