CRANBERRY FRUIT MOLD

sauce

1 cup commercially soured

' Fold cranberry sauce' and
crushed pineapple into soured
cream. Spoon into salad molds.
Freeze until firm. Unmold and
wrap in cellophane or silver foil.
Store in freezer until serving

mayonnaise, the sugar and nuts.

salad mold or molds. Place in
the refrigerator freezing compart

come firmly frozen. Unmold
Serve on lettuce with a small
dab of mayonnaise.
Use your refrigerator tray to
freeze this salad.
CRANBERRY BANANA
( REAM SALAD
3 packages cream cheese
2 tablcsoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 t&ispoon salt
'.i cup crushed pineapple
a cup chopped walnuts
3 diced, medium sized bana
nas s cup heavy cream, whipped
1 cup jellied cranberry sauce,
cut in cubes
Cranberry Sauce ctil-ouls
Beat cream cheese, mayon
naise, lemon juice, and salt to
gether with electric mixer. Add
pineapple, nuts bananas. Fold in
whipped cream then cubes of
Jellied cranberry sauce. Turn into
refrigerator tray that has been
rinsed out in cold water. Freeze
until firm, about 3 hours. Slice,
place each slice on lettuce bed and
lop with cranberry sauce cutout
(heart, tulip, or any desired
shape. Serve with fruit salad
dressing. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
To make cut-outs: Cut jellied
slices and use cookie cutlers to
make sha)cs.
