at a baby shower in her honor on
April 9 in the parlor of Commu
nity .Methodist Church in Mount
Shasta. Carol Nelson was host
ess for the enjoyable event.
After opening the gifts, refresh
ments of cake and punch were
served. The cake was decorated
with a stork and lowers, and
stork favors and nut cups were
on the tables. Prizes for games
were won by Mrs. Dana Abbe.

OSU Mothers
Plan Meeting
Members of the Oregon State
University Mothers Club will
meet at the county library meet
ing room. Third and Klamath, on
Thursday, April 18, at 7:30 p.m.
Discussion will center around
plans for the annual spring lunch
eon to be held during the month
of May.
Also on the business agenda
will be election of officers.
All OSU mothers are urged to
attend this last formal meeting of
the year.
Mothers of prospective OSU stu

group and become acquainted
with the members and the activi
ties in which they participate.

Judith Anderson will star in

stage of the Holly Theatre in

M e d f o r d Broadw ay Theater
League.
Born and educated in Austral
ia. Dame Judith is a pretty,
slight woman with a deep music-
cal voice. She has performed her
art all over the world and is con
sidered by many to be the great
est actress on the stage. Queen
Elizabeth honored her with the
rank of "Dame." which is equiva
lent to the British rank of
"Knight."
The Medford Broadway Theater
League will conduct the 1963-1964
membership drive during the
week of May 11-18. Headquarters
will be in the Rogue Valley Art
Gallery in Medford.
