timates for the improvement of said por
tion of Laquna Street, heretofore filed by
the City Engineer, be and the same are
hereby approved.
That the Common Council of the City
ot Klamath Falls, Oregon, hereby declares
lis Intention to improve said portion of
Lagune Street In accordance with the
plans, specifications and estimates as
follows:
The Intent of the project It to Im
prove Laguna Street with concrete curb
and gutter, pavement of either 6 inchet
of crushed rock base with 3 Inches of
Type "B" compacted asphaltlc concrete,
or 6 Inches of Portland Cement placed
on a stabilized sub grade. The im
proved street wioth shall be 26 feet
from face to face of curbs. The area be
tween the back of curb to property line
shall on cut sides receive a 2:1 slope
and on the fill side receive a 3.1 slope.
All manholes and lampholes shall be ad
lusled to comply with designed grade. No
sidewalks are proposed on this protect
ine estimated cost ol all classes of
improvement embracing all work and
materials for the complete improvement
of said protect for such type of pave
ment being:
