an event of March 17 at Firsti
Presbyterian Church with t h el

ing. The two o'clock afternoon
wedding was a double ring cere
mony read before an altar banked
with white gladioli, green carna
tions and Bells nf Ireland, all
lighted by tall white Upers in
floor candelabra. Green was also
the color of pew bows.
The bride Is I lie daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Coy Putcr, this
city, and was given In marriage
by her father. For her daughter's
wedding, Mrs. Pulor chose a pink
lace dress with bone accessor
ies and corsage of pink roses.
The wedding gown was a love
ly princess style fashion of white
satin with long sleeves and bouf
fant chapel train. Lace of the up
per bodice extending to points
over the shoulder was trimmed
with pearls. A jeweled crown held
the fingertip veil and on a white
prayer book sho carried white
cymbidium orchids and cascade
of slephanotis and ribbon stream'
ers .
Mrs. Don Stillwill, Sacramento,
the former Sally Lee, was matron
of Ipnor. Bridesmaids were Ver-
nola Hutchinson, Central Point
Nancy Warren, Klamath Falls,
Suzann Rogers, Prosiiect, and
Loni Fraud, Ashland.
The honor attendant wore a
kelly green and blue brocade ta
tin frock made like those of the
bridesmaids which were kelly
green. All wore matching hats
with brief veils and green slip
pers. Their bouquets were white
carnations forming single blos
soms with green chenille stems,
encircled with camelia leaves.
The bridegroom is the son of
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Holt of
Reno. His best man was Jack
Joyce of Medford. Ushers were
Jim Puter, this city, brother of
the bride, Kenneth Adams, Al
Funston and Lane Hoxworth, all
of Medford.
Organist was Janice LaGrande.
She also accompanied Mr. and
Mis. William Davenport, who
sang a duet for tlie ceremony.
Alter the wedding, a reception
was given in the church parlors,
which were decorated with white
and green gladioli and carnations
in keeping with the color theme.
The wedding cake was served
by Jodi McDuffy, Medford. and
Wanda and Wilma Clark, T u 1 e
lake, served coffee and punch.
Yvonne Bailie received gifts and
Pamela Ely, Coos Bay, altcnded
the guest book.
Assisting were women of the
Presbyterian Church.
The ncwlyweds traveled to San
Francisco for their honeymoon.
Mrs. Holt's going away outfit was
a bright red wool suit with fox
collar. She wore the bridal or
chids for her corsage.
The bride is a graduate of
Klamath Union High School and
her husband of Medford High
School. Both are presently pre
paring lor teaching careers at
Southern Oregon College. They
make their home at IliO N.
Laurel Street in Ashland.

Wedding Chapel in Reno, in a
double ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter ol

and Mrs. Maurice Anderson, all ol

The bride's wedding costume

jacket dress with bone accessor
ies and a yellow rosebud corsage
Her attendant, Nancy Galloway,
wore a blue suit with matching
accessories and a white orchid
corsage.
The bride's mother wore a mul

cessories and a white orchid cor
sage. Mrs. Anderson was dressed:

Davy Crockett served as U.S.
representative from Tennessee for
three terms.
