in clothing, a basic knowledge o' these fabrics and their reaction to various cleaning pro
cesses was all the dry cleaner needed. Not so today!
With the advent of the ".Miracle" fabrics, Orion, Nylon, Acrilan, and the host of oth
ers, even Fibre-Glass and paper, today's dry cleaner studies constantly. New cleaning and
finishing techniques, new solvents, new spotting process to best take care of the ever in
creasing number of "Man-made" fibres are thoroughly tested by the American Institute of
Laundercrs and The Nationol Institute of Dry Cleaning. These findings are passed along to
us as member cleaners.
